Ron Anderson Jr., a vocal leader on USF's NCAA Tournament run last season, was drafted Friday night by the NBA Development League's Tulsa 66ers, an affiliate of the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Anderson, who averaged 6.9 points and 5.5 rebounds last season, was taken in the fourth round of the NBDL draft, and he wasn't the only former Bulls player drafted by the 66ers, who used a sixth-round pick on former Bulls point guard Solomon Bozeman. Bozeman transferred after two years and finished his college career at Arkansas-Little Rock, spending his first pro season with the NBDL's Austin Toros.

Anderson opens preseason camp with Tulsa next weekend, with their season opening on Nov. 23. Curiously, the NBDL team lists him at 6-foot-8 and 210 pounds, which would be 27 pounds less than he was listed for as a USF senior. That would continue a remarkable transformation, as Anderson weighed as much as 320 pounds as a high school senior.
