Video: USF coach Skip Holtz at Big East media day

The Big East added a wrinkle to its media day lineup, putting each head coach up on the podium for what was to be a five-minute overview. Most coaches went over that -- UConn's Paul Pasqualoni went nearly 11 minutes -- and USF's coach Skip Holtz had the honor of going last and "running the anchor leg," as the Big East's John Paquette said in introducing him. Impressive how much Holtz talked about USF as an athletic program, moreso than just his football team:

Here's a second clip of Holtz, who showed restraint by his own personal standards in cutting himself off after seven minutes or so.
