USF losing two more staffers to Oregon (UPDATED)
USF reportedly has lost its second assistant coach to Oregon in as many days.
Tight ends coach David Reaves, one of three coaches to serve on the Bulls staff for the entire Willie Taggart era, is joining his old boss in Eugene, FootballScoop.com reported.
The Tampa Bay Times also learned Saturday that Bulls director of operations Sharrod Everett will join Taggart's new staff as well.
Running backs coach Donte Pimpleton also reportedly will join Taggart at UO.
The latest moves hardly come as a surprise; both Everett and Reaves were on Taggart's inaugural USF staff in 2013.
Reaves, who served in various offensive capacties at USF, helped install the Gulf Coast Offense and served as primary play-caller in Thursday afternoon's Birmingham Bowl. USF amassed 469 total yards against South Carolina, and scored at least 30 points for a nation-best 17th consecutive game.
