The USF women's basketball team will travel to four-time reigning national champ Connecticut on Jan. 10, with the return game Feb. 27 in the Sun Dome, the American Athletic Conference announced Friday.

Both games will be nationally televised, with the first contest on CBS Sports Network and the rematch in the Sun Dome on ESPN2.

The AAC released the 2016-17 conference schedules for all its teams Friday. The Bulls' non-conference slate, released earlier this week, includes tournaments in Las Vegas and the Bahamas (with a guaranteed game against North Carolina), as well as a home game against longtime rival Louisville on Jan. 22.

Both the Cardinals and Jacksonville, which comes to the Sun Dome on Nov. 21, reached the NCAA Tournament last season.

"From an RPI and strength of schedule standpoint, I think we have done our job to put our team in a position for opportunities to play for quality wins in the non-conference schedule," Bulls coach Jose Fernandez said in a USF news release.

In all, a minimum eight Bulls contests will be nationally televised including a Feb. 19 home game against Temple (ESPN2).
