    Here's great video showing the USF women's basketball team celebrating Monday's announcement that the Bulls are headed to the NCAA Tournament. The Times' Joseph Garnett Jr. has video of the celebration and interviews with Jose Fernandez and players Andrell Smith and Alisia Jenkins. The team and fans gathered at the Sun Dome on Monday night to watch the NCAA Selection Show on ESPN.
