Some longterm projects will reach fruition this weekend. Cameron Mitchell Restaurants will add another property to International Plaza (2205 N. West Shore Blvd.) on Friday. Ocean Prime, the Modern American Supper Club aims to be “sexy, sophisticated and fun” (and who doesn't?). The restaurant has five private dining rooms, patio terrace with outdoor dining and a 1,600-square-foot cocktail lounge. Ocean Prime will serve lunch daily from 11:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. and dinner nightly: Monday through Thursday from 4 p.m. until 10 p.m.; Friday and Saturday from 4 p.m. until 11 p.m.; and Sunday from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. For reservations, call (813) 490-5288.

The Cupcake Spot, opened one year ago in South Tampa, is expanding to downtown St. Petersburg.
