I'd like to give a shout out to Dr. Mark Herbst, who I met last night at a molecular gastronomy class at Chefs on the Loose. He made me a nice little list of places that I've just plain overlooked in my dining out these past two years. He mentioned O Bistro, Good Times, Fred's at the Vinoy (but, hey, it's a private club, so it's not totally my fault) and Fresh-Go for a quick, healthy sandwich. Other readers have recently written in to gently urge me to try Fetishes on St. Pete Beach and Cafe Largo.
