I'm doing a story on Jason Sheehan, the author of the upcoming Cooking Dirty and a James Beard award-winning food writer (wrote "There's No Such Thing as Too Much Barbecue"). He was a former chef, spent quite a while cooking in the Tampa area 1995-1997. In his book, he writes about a place he calls "Jimmy's Crab Shack." On the phone he wouldn't tell me where it was, but he hinted that the name wasn't far off from the actual restaurant name. I want to track down folks who may have known him or worked with him in a kitchen at some point. Contact me here, or privately at lreiley@sptimes.com
