Dunedin House of Beer announces grand opening celebration
Although they had their soft opening in April, Dunedin House of Beer today announced its weekend-long grand opening celebration will start on Friday July, 17. Dunedin Mayor Dave Eggers will officially welcome downtown Dunedin’s newest business during a ribbon cutting ceremony at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday July 18, after which he will guest bartend. All tips received by Mayor Eggers while he guest bartends on Saturday, July 18 will be donated to Dunedin Doggie Rescue and Raising Hope.
Owned by Andy Polce and Rick Clemo, Dunedin House of Beer features more than 200 handcrafted microbrews and specialty beers, including rare selections not found anywhere else in Tampa Bay. “The Rail,” Dunedin House of Beer’s tap distribution system, offers up to 40 specialty draft beers. Patrons can obtain a “Ride the Rail” promotion card and receive personalized promotional items for purchasing each of the 40 beers on “The Rail.” (Bonus: Customers can try a free sample of any beer on “The Rail” that they have not previously tasted.)
