Fred Fleming's closes

Both Fred Fleming's locations (4351 4th St N, St. Petersburg and 1111 N West Shore Blvd # 200A, Tampa) have disconnected phones and there's a sign at the St. Pete location saying the business has closed. Grillmarks Bistro at 607 Clearwater-Largo Rd. in Largo, on the other hand, has a disconnected phone but their website says they will reopen in October.
