That's a quote from Frank Bruni's final NYTimes restaurant column today. It's fun and all (although, really, I don't care if his friends liked to order steak or not. whatevs.) But it's a good segue to a story I'm working on. Friday night I went to Urban Culinary Cuisine (10016 Cross Creek Blvd., Tampa, (813) 994-3800) where every other Friday night John Saxton teaches a two-hour class on the sensual side of food. With a background in health science and a stint as a chef's apprentice at Windows on the World in New York, Saxton has a unique mission: to teach people how to eat and cook to maximize their sexual potential. His next class is Aug. 28, 9 to 11 p.m., over 21 only, $15 per person. The one I went to wasn't well attended, but I can tell you that I learned quite a bit. That's all I'm saying.
