And Tim Lawhorn of Lawhorn's Signature Seasonings out of Haines City just zapped me an e-mail about progress with his seasoning blend. It's going into Sweet Bay and Winn Dixie stores chain-wide as of now, and he expects to have full store coverage (120 Sweet Bays) by mid-September, (520 Winn Dixies) by January, with Publix already signed on, which will put it in over 1,000 stores. Nice to see local food businesses take off like this.
