Love triangle

NPR did a fun piece on exactly why the triangle cut is better than the rectangle cut for sandwiches. They talked with a mathematician, an architect and chefs about exactly why this is so. I tend to agree, mostly because the triangle cut exposes a greater swath of the sandwich's interior. Anyone out there a defender of the rectangle (or any other sandwich shape)?
