Two new restaurant additions on the horizon

I'm hearing The Rack in Tampa is opening in Brandon. Green Chili Indian Bistro (310 Central Ave., St Petersburg) is annexing the space at 316 Central and will open the first week of January as Raga Restaurant. They're moving the sit-down component to the 316 space and keeping the 310 space as takeout and giftware. Raga will have more upscale dinner options.
