Vinoy history tour and classic dinner
Here's a nice little activity if you have visitors coming to town for the holidays: Mondays now through Dec. 28, go to the Vinoy and take a history tour from the concierge desk at 4:30 p.m., then cap it off with dinner in Marchand's at 6 p.m., for $30 per person, inclusive. Menu includes: Starter of potato leek soup or butter lettuce salad; entree of chicken breast “Coq Au Vin,” pappardelle with braised veal pot roast, or grilled Atlantic salmon with creamed leeks and frites; and dessert of green apple crisp or profiteroles with vanilla cream and chocolate ganache.
