I'd been hearing rumors to this effect, and Michelle Baker finally gave me the deets. She and her fellow culinary Sherpa have taken over the Bungalow Bistro in Tampa and transformed it into The Refinery. They're open for Valentine's Day (usually closed on Sun, but since this is a special Sunday, they're making an exception). Here's the menu for that night. I've heard great things about their cooking, so I'm eager to check out The Refinery one of these days soon.
