People love a dining deal, and restaurant weeks are a hit in cities everywhere. In the bay area, we have one starting Sunday and running through Sept. 6, called Dine Tampa Bay 2010. More than 50 restaurants will have promotional three-course menus offered for either $25, $30 or $35. At some of these places, that's a pretty good deal.

This week's review, NoHo Bistro in Tampa, is one of the restaurants participating in the event.
