A new look for Deal Divas
The "reimagined" look for our mother site, Tampabay.com, means changes for Deal Divas, too.
Of course, you probably already noticed that.
Do you like our new look?
A lot of work went into improving the site. Our digital-focused colleagues wanted to make the website easier to search and navigate, though it may take some time to get used to it. The new layout also emphasizes photos and video, which is good news for people who like to gawk at pretty products.
On the old website, you could find us on the home page of Tampabay.com. The new site features fewer blogs on the front page, so we're now under Fashion section of the Features & More tab (there is a words-only link to Deal Divas on the very bottom of the home page). You can save yourself time by bookmarking this direct link or adding us to your favorite RSS feed.
You'll notice a change in the way we feature photos. Think more slideshows at the top of the post and fewer BuzzFeed-esque listicles.
The transition means a new challenge for your faithful Deal Divas. We are learning a new blogging system on top of doing our normal jobs. We ask for your patience as we learn how to make the blog better than before.
The new site has experienced a few hiccups since we launched it last week. We've been working to address glitches as we spot them. You can help by emailing our digital team at reimagined@tampabay.com when you see any problems. Please include the name of the browser and device from which you are viewing the site in your message. We recommend you use the site with an updated version of Internet Explorer 9, Firefox 16, Google Chrome 24 or Safari 4.
Don't worry. We'll keep dishing on the best local deals and provide snarky comments about fashion trends and travesties. We'll keep doing My Outfit Monday (we apologize for not posting yesterday -- we're working on it!) and put a spotlight on local boutiques and fashion events. And as always, we eagerly await your feedback and comments with each post.
We'll get through this together! Leave any questions you may have for us in the comments and we'll try to help.

Katie Sanders foolishly spurned pretty dresses and shoes as a child, tossing new clothes over her shoulder at birthday parties with a totally rude "no, thank you." Her drab days of monocolor outfits are over now, and she certainly knows better than to turn down free stuff. Her wardrobe mixes classic with quirk. Think blazers with statement necklaces, and lots of patterned ballet flats. She can be reached at 850) 224-7263 or
Kameel Stanley has never encountered a thrift store she didn’t like. Her mother taught her that the true value of clothes isn’t how much they cost, but how many outfits one can create from them. Having grown up in Michigan, she was delighted to learn upon moving to Florida that she almost never needed to wear socks or boots again. There’s a lot of turnover in her closet, and she’s obsessed with dresses, necklaces and wedge heels. She can be reached at (727) 893-8643 or
A disciple of the little black dress classics school, Letitia Stein stretches her budget by looking for styles with staying power. She lives for 80 percent off shoes at DSW, floral sundresses and bohemian chic tops. She confesses to being a bit of a snob when it comes to handbags and jewelry. She can be reached at (813) 226-3400 or
From camo pants and construction boots to sundresses, sweaters and sling backs, Keyonna Summers knows how to make all of it rock -- at rock bottom prices. A Detroit native, Keyonna delves into her urban roots to find fashion pairings that give a nod to street fashion while maintaining the class of the modern, professional woman. She believes in searching for affordable clothes that look expensive and can easily be dressed up or down. You won't find plaid shirts or fleece jackets in her closet; the only hiking Keyonna does is to the bargain basement. She can be reached at (727) 445-4153 or
