Because men get wrinkles too
Here's a holiday gift idea that doesn't involve complicated gadgetry or dreadful BBQ grill tools:

ZIRH anti-aging products! Just for dudes! How fun ... if your guy actually cares about his skin. Which most don't until it's too late.
I got a nice-sized sample of ZIRH Reverse (about $45 for a full-sized pump at Sephora) in the mail and was tempted to use it on my own face, but I was scared. What's in this stuff to make it so manly? Sawdust? Testosterone? Motor oil? Full-calorie beer?
Turns out, it contains ingredients like "penta-peptides" and "niacinamide" to plump the skin and make it soft and supple. Really, the only man-specific thing about it is the cool, techie-looking blue and silver packaging and the DNA-shaped swirl inside. It kind of looks like hair gel and smells clean and soapy. Much more man-friendly than your ladylike pots of creme and dainty tubes with wands and tiny brushes.
But does it work? My boyfriend shrugged the first few days after he started using it. But after a few weeks, he said he did notice his skin felt really soft, and I noticed the rapidly emptying pump next to his sink, so he must have liked it.
I'm not going to embarrass him by posting his before and after photo, but here's an actor's representation.

Think blazers with statement necklaces, and lots of patterned ballet flats. She can be reached at 850) 224-7263 or
Kameel Stanley has never encountered a thrift store she didn’t like. Her mother taught her that the true value of clothes isn’t how much they cost, but how many outfits one can create from them. Having grown up in Michigan, she was delighted to learn upon moving to Florida that she almost never needed to wear socks or boots again. There’s a lot of turnover in her closet, and she’s obsessed with dresses, necklaces and wedge heels. She can be reached at (727) 893-8643 or
A disciple of the little black dress classics school, Letitia Stein stretches her budget by looking for styles with staying power. She lives for 80 percent off shoes at DSW, floral sundresses and bohemian chic tops. She confesses to being a bit of a snob when it comes to handbags and jewelry.
