Brrr weather brings sweater sales
I couldn’t find my one pair of boots. And my pile of sweaters wasn’t going to cut it this week. So yesterday after work, I went straight to the WestShore Plaza. It was time to stock up!
To the other Florida girls looking for layers, don’t sweat it. Here are a couple of sales:
At Loft, you can find sweaters the next day or two for 40 percent off the ticket price. I scored a leopard print cardigan, and there are some other cute ones with sequins. The sale counts toward any top made of sweater material.
In Banana Republic’s clearance section I found v-neck sweaters that made today’s cold bearable. They’re a fancy mix of Italian yarn, wool and cashmere, etc. They’re marked down from $64.50 to $39.99. When I bought them yesterday there was another 25 percent off of clearance items. That extra sale is over today (sorry!) but outerwear is 25 percent off starting today.
