Coffee, check. Deal of the day check?
I love my morning coffee and rituals, especially those involving a splash of bargainista.
Here's my typical morning: Coffee. Dress. Load up kid. Log into computer and make sure I still have a job.
Phew, now it's time to make sure I don't miss a fabulous deal.
At 9 a.m., Zulily posts its deals of the day, a well-curated online treasure trove of name-brand merch for kids and their hard-working mothers, aunts, cousins and babysitters.
Next comes my all time favorite, the Steals network.
At 11 EST, its four sites -- baby steals, kid steals, she steals and scrapbook steals -- offer the first of two time-limited deals of the day. The second comes at 11 p.m.
These bargains usually live up to the site's name -- they're steals, not just deals. And if you don't move fast, many sell out.
Warning: This is the stuff of addiction.
Shipping charges, which aren't shown until you're checking out, can be a bit steep. But half the fun is window shopping, taking a quick break in your morning slog to hunt for a bargain, coffee in hand.
