Frugal fatigue? Fo real?
Yesterday the Today Show introduced us to a new economy-induced affliction plaguing a sizable chunk of the population. According to a poll from the National Foundation for Credit Counseling, 66 percent of respondants suffer from "Frugal Fatigue," meaning they're just SO OVER all this scrimping and saving.
Keep in mind, all those folks said that even though they're tired of pinching pennies, they'll continue that frugal lifestyle. They're just not happier about it.
Really?
Getting used to saving money can be a drag at first, but we divas know that after awhile all those extra dollars in your bank account will only make life better!! Why fork over wads of cash on a dress when you could spend $35? Why don yourself with a fancy Himalayan wool pashmina when you could get an equally lovely scarf for 10 bucks?
What do you think, divas? Are any of you out there (gasp!) totally sick of saving?
