Looks like I'm not alone in my Black Friday hesitation
I was relieved this weekend to read this New York Times story about how people are leery about Black Friday shopping creeping into Thanksgiving festivities.
It seems I'm not the only one who's got conflicted feelings about this year's big shopping day, with stores opening earlier and earlier than ever. That includes midnight openings at Best Buy, Target, Macy's and Kohl's, which means tons of people will begin camping out in front of the stores soon after putting away the turkey.
Walmart is actually opening at 10 p.m., if you can believe that.
I'm curious to see if anyone boycotts the sales this year and just waits till Cyber Monday. What do you guys think?
