'Project Runway' episode 7: Does Ben Chmura have the 'tools' for success?
This week's Project Runway was fun: The designers had to create outfits and accessories from materials at a hardware store. A bunch of the guys -- including Tampa's Ben Chmura -- built dresses from sheets of copper.
Chmura's look landed him safely in the middle of the pack, so he'll live to design another day. But I've gotta be honest; this was my least favorite of all his creations. The copper was blah and didn't properly fit the model.
Jay won the challenge, and rightfully so. The man made a tube top, "leather" pants and a braided belt, all from garbage bags. Ridonc. And Jesse got the boot.
The group is now down to nine. Divas, as brilliant as Chmura is, could he be in danger?
