Haven't seen this KMart boxers ad yet? You're welcome.
Ladies and gents,
Worried that the holiday shopping season is already upon us and you're still scrambling for gift ideas?
Allow me to guide you toward a new commercial that just might change your perspective on one particular retailer forever.
KMart this month has been the talk of the town since it released the mother (father?) of all ads: Joe Boxer shorts brought to you by a musically-inclined sextet of hot male models jiggling their hips to perhaps the most eye-catching rendition of "Jingle Bells" EVER.
The reaction has been explosive, ranging from laughs and saucy giggles from folks (okay, me!) who find the retailer's chutzpah amusing and quite ...ahem.. visually interesting to vociferous threats to cease patronizing a store that would resort to such non-family friendly depths.
As a woman, I can't vouch for the actual product. However, I'll definitely give the home of the blue-light special points for the great visuals on this red-light special of a commercial.
But I wanna hear from you guys: What were your thoughts on KMart before and after this commercial. Will you be swinging through to check out this product and other merchandise as a result?
