My Outfit Monday: Something old, something new...
Hullo. It's quite dreary, today, isn't it? Rain, wind, clouds.
It's enough to make a girl positively dotty. (Haha! See how I did that)
Anyway. Here's my outfit. I wasn't in the mood to go too crazy, color-wise, but I didn't want to bore you with all black either. So I decided to keep it fairly neutral, with a fun pattern thrown in to liven things up.
Y'all have seen this tawny skirt before (I think). It's a great staple I picked up off the clearance rack at Old Navy a few seasons ago. Same goes for the necklace, which I've had for years.
Some things you haven't seen before: This cool $4 blouse I picked up at the Dress for Success sale (thanks Deal Diva Stephanie!) and these shoes, (a mere $5) which came from the same event
It's hard to tell in the photo, but the shirt actually has two layers of polka dots, and a very very subtle honeycomb imprint (that's the best decision me and Deal Diva Katie, who snapped my pic, could come up with). Plus, I love the buttons in the back.
