Save on last-minute Mother's Day gifts

Mom's big day is nigh. Are you ready?

Being of the human race and sharing its fondness for procrastination, we're going to guess for some of you the answer is "nerp, not yet, working on it, get out of my grill." And that's okay! We have some ideas.

*ARTPool Gallery near downtown St. Pete is offering 25 percent off vintage purchases, which excludes local art, vinyl and food. Stop in from noon to 6 p.m. today and Saturday. The offer applies to clothing, jewelry, shoes, boots, purses and hats.

* Payless: We're guessing you got your love of deals from a certain someone. Payless is offering 20 percent off in-store and online purchases.Through Sunday, use coupon code 997126 through Sunday.

* Old Navy: Save 20 percent on women's, women's plus and maternity wear. Enter ONLadies20 for online checkout

* Sephora: Email your mom (or grandma or aunt or friend, hey!) a gift card for the fragrance, makeup or beauty product of her choice. (I did this for my mom with Amazon last year, and she reportedly liked getting cozy with her Kindle and shopping for e-books on me.)

* Living Social: So this diamond-dusted nail polish by étoile (set of three for $27) (it's French for star) probably isn't going to get to your ma in time for Sunday. But if you're really into it like me, maybe you could slip a pictureof it into a card with some other nail care products. (Moms, is this idea the worst/super lazy?)

Maybe your mom isn't into the material pleasures of this world. Why not treat her to a life experience the two of you can share? Our fashionable colleagues Michelle and Katie at Play Tampa Bay offered these tips, from a play in the park to free admission at the zoo (watch their super cute video).

I know I'm missing some ideas, so give us your comments. And have a great holiday!
