SIZZLE ON: FASHION SHOW RESCHEDULED
Rain can’t keep good fashion down. The original Holiday Sizzle Sundial Style Fashion Show got rained out a couple weeks ago, but the fashion show in St. Petersburg’s Sundial shopping center has been rescheduled for 7 p.m. on Friday, hosted by Heather Thomson, fashion designer and former cast member of the Real Housewives of New York City. The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 2 actor and St. Petersburg resident Eugenie Bondurant will participate, as will Tampa Bay Rowdies players Juan Guerra, Zac Portillos, Tamika Mkandawire and Keith Savage along with model Tari Elegele, currently filming the reality show Soccer Moms of Tampa Bay set to air in early 2016. Models, local celebs and Rowdies players will don fashions from Sundial retailers including Jackie Z Style Co., Tracy Negoshian & His, Florida Jean Company, L.O.L. Kids, Chico’s, John Craig Clothier, Happy Feet Plus, Tommy Bahama, Swim 'n Sport, Diamonds Direct Fine Jewelers, Juxtapose, White House Black Market, Marilyn Monroe Glamour Room and the Shave Cave. Great Explorations Children’s Museum and Sunken Gardens are hosting A Very Merry Market from 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday with more than 20 local vendors, discounts, free champagne and complimentary gift wrapping.
