What to wear to Okeechobee?

I'm headed to Okeechobee tomorrow for three days of music, open fields, food, drink, sun and hipster fashions. Some say it may well be the next Bonnaroo or Coachella because of the amazing locale, 800 acres on Lake Okechobee and the great musical lineup. Mumford & Sons, Kendrick Lamar and Skrillex, among many others.

Other than the music, the best part of the music festival I'm taking my daughter and friend to will be seeing the scene. The worst: porta johns for three days.

When I start to think what they will smell like by Sunday night and I want to back out, I make myself think of the free spirited fashions I'll watch and wear. Now I won't be wearing the most free ... a bikini top and ripped up jean shorts. But I can get into some long flowing dresses. I've looked online at some of the dresses worn at Bonnaroo and Coachella and see that embroidered tops and skirts are popular. Bras are not.

Sarah Hyland, Venessa Hudgens and the type seem to have a different crown of flowers for hour of the weekend. Now, that I don't have but I may just have to buy one there. I'm sure that won't embarrass my 17-year-old daughter in the slightest.

I'll be tweeting all the looks of Okeechobee @snowsmith.
