Tebow wins Heisman Trophy

The history-making season contines for Tim Tebow.

The Florida quarterback became the first freshman or sophomore to win the prestigious Heisman Trophy in a nationally-televised ceremony Saturday night.

He won by just 254 votes.

Tebow received 1,957 points, while Arkansas running back Darren McFadden was second with 1,703 points. Colt Brennan of Hawaii had 632 and Missouri's Chase Daniel had 632.

Florida is the first SEC school to boast more than two Heisman winners, and the Gators now join Notre Dame as the only school to have more than two Heisman Trophy winning quarterbacks.
