Former Gator Kerron Clement clocks fastest 400-meter hurdles time of the year

Former UF track and field standout Kerron Clement on Tuesday won the 2009 IAAF World Championships in Athletics title in the men’s 400-meter hurdles in Berlin, Germany.

Clement's 47.91 time is the fastest time in the world this season.

It was Clement’s second consecutive world title, a feat accomplished by only Edwin Moses (1983, 1987) and Felix Sanchez (2001, 2003).
