Gators to get three appearances on ESPN's Super Tuesday
The Florida men's basketball team will have three appearances on ESPN's nationally-televised Super Tuesday broadcasts during the 2009-10 basketball season. The weekly series features an SEC-Big Ten doubleheader each week during the regular season
The Gators will open the Super Tuesday broadcasts with a 9 p.m. home game against Kentucky on Jan. 12. It will be the first trip to Gainesville for John Calipari as Kentucky's new head basketball coach.
Florida will also play in the last two Super Tuesday telecasts of the season: a Feb. 23 game against Tennessee at 9 p.m. and March 2 game vs. Vanderbilt at 7 p.m.
Here is the full SEC slate of Super Tuesday games:
January 12: Kentucky at Florida, 9 p.m.
January 19: Tennessee at Alabama, 7 p.m.
January 26: Kentucky at South Carolina, 9 p.m.
February 2 7: Mississippi at Kentucky, 7 p.m.
February 9: Tennessee at Vanderbilt, 7 p.m.
February 16: Kentucky at Mississippi State, 9 p.m.
February 23: Tennessee at Florida, 9 p.m.
March 2 7: Vanderbilt at Florida, 7 p.m.
