Florida doctors still pondering medical options for freshman receiver Andre Debose

Adebose Florida coach Urban Meyer said on Wednesday morning's SEC teleconference that doctors want to explore more options before making a final decision on freshman wide receiver Andre Debose.

Debose has a serious hamstring injury that Meyer said he most likely suffered running high school track this past spring. UF doctors have told Meyer Deboise has a rare injury to the hamstring that also involves the tendons.

''Andre Debose, we met with his family yesterday and we're still expoloring a couple of more options that our training staff and doctors are looking into,'' Meyer said. "We're not pressed against a timetable right now. I'm guessing now, I was told that the final call will be probably early next week exactly what is going to be done.''

Debose was ranked No. 30 in the ESPN 150 and was the player Meyer had hoped would come in and see some early time at the position vacated by Percy Harvin.
