Matt Elam among Gator early enrollees
West Palm Beach Dwyer DB Matt Elam, the five-star recruit who orally committed to the Gators, then said he would attend Florida State after UF coach Urban Meyer's announcement of an indefinite leave of absence, is among the Gators' 11 early enrollees in the 2010 recruiting class.
Elam announced on Saturday that he had spoken with Meyer and decided to attend Florida afterall.
Elam is joined in the class by two high school teammates - WR Robert Clark and TE Gerald Christian.
The other recruits who are now enrolled and on campus are: CB Jaylen Watkins, DE Neiron Ball, QB Trey Burton, DB Jordan Haden (Joe Haden's brother), DT Leon Orr, WR Solomon Patton, DB Joshua Shaw and OL Ian Silberman.
