Brent Pease in search of overall improvement in offense during spring drills
Florida begins spring practice today and offensive coordinator Brent Pease will kickoff his second season with the Gators.
The Gators are in search of a backup quarterback to starter Jeff Driskel, and will experiment part of the spring with star CB Loucheiz Purifoy at wide receiver.
Most of all, Pease said the Gators need second-year starter Driskel to improve in some of the areas he struggled his first season.
