GAINESVILLE - Florida athletic director Jeremy Foley will hold a news conference at 2:45 p.m. Monday in which he is expected to announce the firing of women's basketball head coach Carolyn Peck.

  Peck is in the fifth-year of a 6-year contract.

  The Gators are nearing the end of an abysmal regular season. Florida is currently 0-11 in the SEC, and 6-20 overall.

  It is unclear at this time whether she will be allowed to complete the season with the team.
