Cashing in on Percy finally by Percy

While Percy Harvin wasn't able to start cashing in on his three-year career at Florida until after he announced Thursday he was going pro, that doesn't mean others haven't already.

By the time Harvin announced he was leaving Florida for the NFL, there were over 50 items in his name on Ebay up for auction, anything from hats to footballs, some signed, some with Tim Tebow on them, some just color photos, etc.

One person who put items up for bid contacted said many more are being prepared to go on the site as soon as the current bids are concluded. His decision to turn pro made them even more valuable to some speculators.

Florida battles this issue constantly. UF compliance officers have recalled in the past watching adult fans hand item after item to small children, so the Gator players would sign them.
