ABOUT THE BUCCANEERS: Charleston Southern is looking for its first win against a Division I opponent; the Buccaneers are 0-16 all time in those games. The defense will feature a ton of newcomers, as only three of CSU's top ten tacklers return. Sixteen of Charleston Southern's first-line players are new to the starting lineup, although several saw significant playing time last season. For the third straight season, a new starting quarterback will be in CSU's lineup: A.J. Toscano is a junior college transfer from Cerritos (Calif.) College.
