Florida OC Brent Pease said Gators willing to do whatever it takes to win
It has become the dominant theme this week concerning the Florida Gators as they prepare for their SEC East showdown with South Carolina: if necessary, can the Gators successfully navigate a passing game under first-year starting QB Jeff Driskel?
In the Gators previous two games, Florida has thrown for a combined 138 yards - 61 vs. LSU, 77 vs. Vandy.
But Florida offensive coordinator defended those numbers today saying the Gators' objective is to win the game, and he's not getting caught up in the numbers game. Pease said if defenses show a weakness against the run, and Florida can exploit it, that's exaclty what they'll do.
