Florida soccer team to battle South Carolina tonight for share of SEC title

For the third consecutive season, the  SEC soccer title will be on the line when No. 18 Florida (14-5, 7-3 SEC) and No. 22 South Carolina (14-5, 8-2) meet tonight in the regular-season finale for both.

The Gamecocks have the lead in the race and are guaranteed at least a shart of their first SEC title. Florida is in a must-win situation if the Gators want to retain a share of the SEC title. SEC West leader LSU is also in a position to get a share of its first title, but needs a Florida win and a win in its regular-season finale at Arkansas.

Tonight's match will begin at 7 p.m. at the James G. Pressly Stadium in Gainesville. It will air live on FS-Florida.

Listen to Florida coach Becky Burleigh talk about tonight's matchup and how the Gators are approaching it:
