Florida trails Missouri at halftime

For those wondering whether the Gators would be flat following their heatbreaking loss to Georgia last week, the answer is most definitely yes.

The No. 8 Gators trail Missouri 7-0 at halftime, having issues will ball security and its offense struggling badly.

The Gators have a total of 57 passing and 54 rushing. Missouri has just 43 total yards, but the Tigers turned a Florida turnover -  fumble by senior RB Mike Gillislee - into a touchdown. It was the first touchdown the Gators have allowed against an SEC opponent at home all season.

Florida OL Xavier Nixon is out with a twisted knee, DL Lerentee McCray is out with an ankle injury, and kick returner/WR Andre Debose is not plyaing because of a leg injury.

Gators QB Jeff Driskel is 7-of-16 for 57 yards. Gillislee has nine carries for 36 yards. Florida has not scored a touchdown in the past six quarters.
