Gators to face Auburn in first round of SEC tournament on Thursday
With Auburn's 73-61 loss to Alabama on Saturday, coupled with South Carolina's upset win over Vanderbilt, Florida's opponent for the first round of the SEC tournament has been set.
No. 4 seed Florida will play No. 5 seed Auburn at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, March 11, in Nashville.
In their only previous meeting this season, Florida defeated Auburn 78-70 on Feb. 18 in Gainesville.
Florida will play at No. 3 Kentucky Sunday in its regular season finale.
