Gators to face early season test against No. 4 Ohio State

Florida coach Billy Donovan will be able to assess very quickly just where his No. 9 Gators are this early in the season.

The No. 9 Gators will host No. 4 Ohio State today at 6 p.m. at the O'Connell Center.

Donovan and the players said they like the idea of taking on such a challenge this early in the season.

"I think it's good to have it early,'' senior Chandler Parsons said. "I think it's a good test to see where we are. I think it's awesome to play a team of this caliber, so we can correct things now that we're not good at and also so we can see things that we are very good at. If they are considered one of the best teams in America, I think it's a great challenge for us to compete against them.''

Donovan talks about the importance of rebounding against the Buckeyes who have three guards who are at least 6-foot-5, and previews tonight's game.
