Gators' Michael Frazier II taking advantage of early playing opportunities
The Florida basketball team has been plagued by injuries this season, but there has been a positive amongst the misfortune.
Florida's freshman are getting more of an opportunity to see playing time - even during conference play.
Tampa's Michael Frazier II has seen action in all 14 games this season - including a career-high 31 minutes vs LSU. He is averaging 5.7 points. Frazier said Florida coach Billy Donovan told the young players prior to the season that they needed to prepare as if they would see significant playing time because of the potential for injury to the Gators' starters.
