After taking a week off, the Florida track and field team will host the Tom Jones Memorial Classic this Saturday at the Percy Beard Track.

The meet holds special meanin for head coach Mike Holloway because it's in honor of the late former Gator women's coach Tom Jones.

The Gators have the No. 1 men's team in the nation, and Holloway said it's important that Florida continues to improve during this meet, particularly after having time off to focus on its deficiencies last week.
