Gators trail Texas A&M 17-10 at halftime



Florida is trailing Texas A&M 17-10 at halftime, and the game is taking a phusical toll on the Gators.

Florida has had four defensive starters injured, including CB Marcus Roberson and LB Jelani Jenkins, who is on the sideline with his right arm in a sling.

The Gators took a 7-3 lead with 3:51 remaining in the first quarter, but the Aggies outscored Florida 14-3 the remainder of the half.

Gators QB Jeff Driskel has been sacked five times.

Florida coach Will Muschamp said at halftime the Gators have to do a better job of protecting Driskel, and said he saw some good things from his team, they just need to execute better.

TAMU QB Johnny Manziel, in his first game, is16-of-20 for 141 yards and also has 41 rushing yards. Driskel is 6-of-6 for 82 yards.
