LSU will rely on QB Jarrett Lee
Despite the fact that former LSU starting QB Jordan Jefferson has been reinstated, LSU coach Les Miles said Jarrett Lee will remain the Tigers' s No. 1 at the position. Miles said he's even unsure how much Jefferson will figure into LSU's offensive game plan for Florida this week.
"We're so early into the plan that it is difficult to figure,'' he said. "I can tell you that Jarrett Lee is our starter and our vision first and foremost takes Lee into mind. That is how we are approaching it. We'll get to the other aspects of the offense later down the road."
Lee is 64-of-108 for 793 yards and is averaging 158.6 yards per game.
