Munroe won't face charges

At the time he was charged, Monroe, a member of the team's leadership committee, said he didn't know it was against the law to remove the device, which is placed on cars for unpaid parking tickets.

Munroe, a redshirt sophomore whosaw action on special teams in all 14 games last season, still faces possible disciplinary action from the UF Student Judihcial Affairs.
