With No. 4 Gators coming to town, Vandy gets sellout for first time since 2008

Saturday's game between No. 4 Florida and Vanderbilt, in Nashville, has sold out Vanderbilt athletic officials announced today.

It is the first Vanderbilt sellout since the 2008 season when the Commodores and Gators played in front of 39,773 on Nov. 8.

"It's progress," Commodores coach James Franklin said. "I know a lot of it is the excitement in the team we are playing, but in general that's progress. We've got a number of things that we've done in 19 months that probably hadn't happened here in a long time.''
