Riley Cooper to miss at least one week with knee problems
Florida outfielder Riley Cooper is expected to miss 7-10 days after having fluid drained from his left knee.
The Clearwater native has played in 30 games this season, with 25 starts. He is batting .247 with five doubles, two triples and two home runs.
A projected starting receiver for the defending national champion football team, Cooper did not participate in spring drills, instead choosing to focus solely on baseball.
